Scribe is different because we offer a community on our own platform where participants can post their messages and pictures. Subsequently, you don’t not have to spend hours designing a book in photo book software: our professional designers design each book individually. So we take a lot of work off your hands.

You ask us to open a community and send us information about the colleague and the colors and logo of your organization. You then distribute the link to the community among colleagues, friends, relations. After we send a digital preview to you, we ask you to check the book. And most importantly: you offer the book to your colleague!

After the book has been offered to the retiree, any participant in the community can view the book in the online community.

Yes, you can. After you have posted a message you will receive a link (by email) with which you can edit your message and post another picture for example.

Scribe works mainly for organizations but also for private people.

You simply send the link to your colleagues by email or place it on your intranet. We even give you an example email invitation you can use. In many organizations a reminder after a week helps!

You can invite anyone to participate in the community. We often see clients, suppliers or business relations from outside the organisation participate.

A goodbye community is best started 4-6 weeks before the date on which you want to offer the book. Just send us an email and we’ll create the community.
